📦 SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

• We ship to the United States, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and other countries.

• Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on the location and product availability.

• Shipping costs are not included in the product price and must be paid separately.

• All orders are shipped via UPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product, as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

• Accepted reasons for return or exchange:

  • Manufacturing defect: the product will be replaced with a new one at no additional cost.

  • Damaged during shipping: the exchange will be made after verification (photos are required).

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in intact packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

PROCEDURE
